1 General Terms of Use

Mostbetpl supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• The name on the account and the name on the payment method must match.
• Payments from third-party names are not accepted.
• Deposits are generally instant — in rare technical cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes.
• Funds from a failed deposit will be returned within 24 hours.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following outlines mostbetpl's policy on withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals: 5–15 minutes (Mobile Pay / Nagad).
• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ₳1,00,000, and may take up to 24 hours to complete.
• Withdrawals are restricted while a bonus is active until the wagering requirements are met.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limits are set based on account type.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on mostbetpl:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the cashout feature is available.
• If a technical error occurs in odds calculation, mostbetpl reserves the right to void or adjust the relevant bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded to your wallet.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting — the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it is settled at odds of 1.00.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only.
• The wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated on the bonus page.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.

• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mostbetpl:

• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Any attempt to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Allowing another player to access or use your account.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Mostbetpl may close an account on its own initiative or at the player's request:

• Self-Exclusion: You can request a temporary or permanent account closure through Support. If you have a remaining balance, please withdraw it before closing.
• Responsible Gaming Break: You can self-impose a break of anywhere from 7 days up to 6 months.
• Closed by the company: The right to close an account without notice for rule violations or suspicious activity.

9 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or a transaction, please follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Contact our Support team via live chat or email and provide a detailed description of your issue.
• Step 2: The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Step 3: Complex cases will be reviewed by the senior team — this may take up to 5 business days.
• Step 4: If the matter remains unresolved, you have the right to file a complaint with an international gaming arbitration body.

10 Limitation of Liability

Mostbetpl is not liable for:

• Live bet disruptions caused by loss of internet connection.
• Technical error on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Account credential exposure resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Losses resulting from transactions made with incorrect information.
